  I spotted Manny's on my way to a Yelp Book Club Meeting and decided to drag my house with me to try it. It's just a tiny burger stand and it's good for what it is. The food is inexpensive and they have a surprising variety of options. It appeared to be family owned and it was somewhat busy for the time of day and crappy weather. My husband and I each ordered the manny cheeseburger, it came with fries and a drink. We got the chicken nuggets for my toddler, because toddlers pretty much only eat chicken nuggets, and a slice of the lemon mascarpone cake. Sort of a fancy cake for a roadside burger stand. It was moist and fluffy. Not too sweet. Just the right amount of lemon. Honestly, I wasn't in love with my burger but for the price, it was about what I should have expected. The chicken nuggets were really good, though. If we ever get the chance to come back, I'll probably go with one of their chicken or fish options. There's ample parking but I would plan on getting your food to go. There's only one very sorry looking picnic table. Service is quick and friendly. We'll probably come back.

  I have been living near this place for about 23 years and have never stopped to try it despite all the food reviews I have seen. Today finally was stage day, and let me tell you it has been the best burgers I have tried so far.... I'm not a burger person but this place got me hooked  . I will be back again

  So I've been eating here for over 20 years, 15 years ago I would have given it 5 stars but the quality and service has gone down. Don't get me wrong it's still good and an iconic spot in Norfolk. There's not too many places left where you can walk up and order ( no frills, just food ).
  Today I took my husband there for the first time I told him he had to get the double manny burger and I got some chicken tenders to share with my daughter because well they are amazing!
  Things you can expect here are large portions at inexpensive prices, ham on your burger and if your going at lunch time l, a line.
  If my memories of a better day didn't resonate so strongly I would probably give 4 stars but they need some updates on the building, some deep cleaning. Hopefully they can stay true to their roots but get back to where they used to be
